Neighboring Network
Explore orthogroups that frequently occur near one another in SAR11 genomes.
Nodes represent orthogroups and are colored by COG functional category. Edges connect OG pairs found near each other in at least 75% of the relevant SAR11 genome neighborhoods.
Enter an OG ID and choose the network depth to extract its local neighborhood. The complete network is available in a separate Cosmograph view.
