Neighboring Genes

Compare conserved gene arrangements around a selected orthogroup across SAR11 genomes.

Search by OG ID or functional annotation to visualize the genomic neighborhoods in which the selected orthogroup occurs. The 20 most frequent neighboring OGs receive distinct colors, while less frequent OGs are shown in gray.

The query OG is aligned at the center of every row, and translucent ribbons connect shared OGs between adjacent genomes. Scroll horizontally to inspect the full neighborhood. Hover over a gene for annotation details, or click an OG label to open its information page. For readability, labels show only the final four digits of each OG ID.
