Map SAR11 orthogroup Expression Scores across ocean samples and examine their environmental associations.
Search by OG ID or functional annotation. Within each sample, Expression Score is the sum of TPM values assigned to an OG and should be interpreted as an aggregate signal rather than a conventional TPM measurement. Environmental metadata are loaded once from a shared Tara Oceans lookup table rather than duplicated in every OG file.
